2. Post-Delivery Repairs:
"I acknowledge and agree that I am accepting the vehicle AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, DEFECTS OR DAMAGES, whether known or unknown, and assume full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. I understand and agree that the Dealership shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any repairs, defects, or mechanical failures occurring at any time after delivery of the vehicle to me, including immediately upon or after delivery. All such repairs shall be the sole responsibility of myself, as the purchaser."

3. Limitation of Damages:
"I understand and agree that the Dealership shall have no liability to purchaser or any end user of the vehicle with respect to the vehicle's quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise, including actual damages, exemplary damages, consequential damages, special damages or incidental damages of any kind, whether arising from contract, tort, product liability or otherwise."

4. DTPA Waiver:
"I waive my rights under the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act ('DTPA'), Section 17.41, et seq., Business & Commerce Code, a law that gives consumers special rights and protections. After consultation with an attorney of my own selection, I voluntarily consent to this waiver."
